USB-C and USB-A port

This USB-C splitter features two ports: a female Type-C PD charging port and a female USB-A port. The Type-C port is compliant with PD3.0 and supports up to 60W charging (max 20V/3A), making it suitable for Type-C devices like phones, tablets and laptops. The USB-C port is only for charging and not for data transfer.

The female USB-A 2.0 port has a power supply capacity of ≤50mA. This is perfect for connecting keyboard, mouse, flash drive and more to your Type-C device. But it’s not designed for devices that demand higher power loads. This female USB-A port is capable of 480Mbps data transfer.

The USB-A port requires power to function. Normally your device is capable of supplying this power to the splitter. If your device is not able to do this then you may need to power the USB C port of the splitter, as you would do for example if you wanted to charge your device via the splitter.
