Returning items

How do I return my products? 

If you are not satisfied with the product or is it not quite as expected? Simply Return it in 30 days. Any requests received after 30 days of your purchase, no return or refund will be accepted. Returned item must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories in order for us to honour your refund or replacement request.

CAUTION: In case the ordered product been delivered damaged/not functioning? Please contact us first, usually we will solve the problem directly for you and returning is not necessary.

Follow these steps if you want to return something:

  1. Download our return form here.
  2. Print out the form, fill it out and attach it to the order. Please note: Without a return form we cannot process your return.
  3. Return your order to the address below and keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed. This is very important if the item is lost.

Below you can read more about our return conditions: 

  • These products may not be returned:
    • Products that have already been mounted/integrated.
    • Dummy products.
    • Products with a decorative purpose.
    • Products of which the foils have been removed unnecessarily.
    • Products where the disposable filml has been removed from the self-adhesive edge.
  • Costs of the return shipment are for your own account and not refundable. Most of our Items that we sell can be returned by ordinairy mail  as long as it fits through the mailbox.
  • The product must be returned including accessories. And, as far as reasonably possible, in the original and undamaged packaging.
  • Exchanging a product? This is not possible through the return process, please contact our Customer Service Team first to discuss options or place a new order.
  • Did you receive something wrong or is it damaged? Then please contact us first by phone or e-mail.
