It is perfect for soldering and de-soldering (Removal) SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA, SMD, etc. LCD Display shows function Status and temperatures. 1 Analog meter Easy to deal with large joints, small spots and solder joint de-soldering.
     
  • Microprocessor Stable Temperature: Hot air SMD soldering station uses the latest microcomputer processor PID technology! Comes with high-speed 100ms real-time tracking, with real-time calibration! The temperature fluctuation range ≤±1°C. Working Temperature Adjustable from 100 - 250 to 500C. Iron soldering station adapt to correct a temperature deviation caused by the environmental impact or replacement of heating elements, fans, soldering irons etc. The temperature range is corrected: ±50C.
     
  • Auto Sleep Function: The soldering iron will automatically detect its working state. When it is in the static state and reach the sleep time, the temperature will automatically drop to 200 °C. It can effectively prevent the iron tip from oxidizing and prolong the service life, saving energy and environmental protection. This iron Sleep Function time can be set from 0-99 minutes.   • Air gun Auto/Manual Function: In auto mode/Self Detection , when the hot air gun is placed into the hot air gun cradle, the machine automatically cut off the heating up and cooling. As soon as the gun is removed from the cradle, the system automatically & very rapidly restores the temperature and air flow settings. In manual mode, the soldering air gun will keep in work status. Great for frequent operation and save cooling and heating time.
